Contract- Monthly Subscription
When registering a monthly subscription Textracker product you must read, agree with
and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in
both the
Textlink Service Contract and the
Privacy
Statement, which include
those terms and conditions expressly set out, and those incorporated by
reference, before you may become a Registered User. We
strongly recommend that you read the contract
and access and read the information contained in the
other pages and websites, if applicable and referred to
in this document, as they may contain further terms and
conditions which apply to you as a Registered User.

Order
Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an
electronic on-line or other form of order confirmation does not
signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it
constitute confirmation of our offer to sell to you. Textlink
Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your
order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Textlink Ltd reserves the right at any time after
receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to
supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item
should stock not be available at the time of delivery.
We may also require additional verifications or information
before accepting any order.

Returns Policy
You
may return faulty goods within 30 days of receipt of
your order. Return postage will be borne by the user
returning the goods. All
goods returned as faulty, will be inspected for a
manufacturing defect. If deemed faulty, a full refund or
exchange will be given. Textlink Ltd products are guaranteed
for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will refund in full the cost of the
product provided you have proof of purchase, without
this we can only offer exchanges for the same product. |

Product Software Updates
Textlink Ltd operate an on-going product improvement
program, which aims to enhance and improve the
performance and quality of its range of security and
tracking products. From time to time product software
updates will be released which will include any new
developed features and functionality. Textlink customers
who have purchased a Textracker will automatically receive these new
software updates FREE.
